We attended SYF Opening Ceremony at the National Stadium yesterday. It was warm, NICE! I mean the weather was nice, not the show. Many people felt uncomfortable with the heat, saying they were HOT, which they apparently weren't. Haha. I think my joke's so lame. Nevermind. I'm quite accustomed to that heat. Oh, I love kayaking! :)

Anyway, we spent half the time idling around the stadium because the show was just too boring. I squeezed through the big bunch of people and bought 9 cups of Pepsi, not all for myself, DUH! And I spilled one cup on my skirt, so I had two colours on my skirt when we left the stadium. :o BUT. I succeeded in squirming through the crowd. Cheers! =)

We missed the Guest-of-Honour's arrival but that didn't really matter to us. :p We managed to get back just in time to watch the Display Bands. They were so cool! I like the Superman Sign. Oh yeah, and the Bowen-ians wore skirts. Mind you, the boys wore shorts la. HAhA. I hope they didn't wear skirts??! Well, I love their shake-the-buttocks move and I can't imagine a boy amidst them doing that. -Gasps- LOL.

That was about it for the SYF, I wasn't really interested in the Campus Superstars' performance. Don't wack me! xD

After that, I took bus 156 with Yi Chieh. She went to Cat High to meet John. o.O I met Zhuo-Enn at the Police Station. No, I wasn't there to bail him. I'm not even of age yet! You know, all my friends like to meet at the Police Station, which they say is "safer". But don't you think it's so wrong when you hitch a ride from someone and then you tell him or her, erm, "Ay! I'm meeting so-and-so at the Police Station. Drop me off there." It's very awkward to say so. SIGH~ I have weird friends. But I can't blame them, cos I think I'm weirder. =p

Anyway, England was out. Many people said the referee was unfair to Rooney but... sorry, I thought Portugal deserved that win. -gasps- Well, France beat Brazil. WHEEE. Kudos to France. I seriously want to watch Germany v France in the Finals!
