Philosophy: Life is all about choice.

I wish not to talk about results, for it wearies me, and you say it wearies you...

It is a wonder how human brains work. Why do I get such horrendous results? Why do I not reap what I sow? Why was I unable to meet my target? Why do I always feel that there is not enough time? Why am I unhappy? Why can't I just be contented? Why do I seem to be the worst of all my classmates? Why? Indeed, why? Why are humans the most intelligent creatures on earth, and yet we cannot solve these problems?

The fact it that; we can choose the way we think. We think we can't; but in actual fact, we really can. We choose the way we think. We choose to brood over unnecessary worries, such as results. We choose to be unhappy and cry over what we call bad results. We choose to say that our marks were low. We choose to whine and announce our failures. We choose to feel unfortunate. We choose to say that we are sad. But why so? It is all our choice. And since it's our choice, why do we not choose to stay happy? Why do we not choose to smile? Why do we not choose to view our poor results as a motivation to work harder for the next test? Why do we choose to sulk and call ourselves stupid? In doing so, we really then are fools. Indeed, the world is full of "Why"s. Yet, life is all about choice. We may not choose our fate. However, we can definitely choose our attitude. Choose right. Choose wisely. Choose to smile!

In fact, I really am tired of all the "I cannot"s people put forth to me, diminishing my scarcely remaining optimism. Will someone just tell me and spur me on with an "I CAN!"?
