HAHA. Sorry, I've been rather addicted to PUZZLE PIRATES, that's why I couldn't blog even when I'm online. Pai seh! Michelle just asked me to send her my photo to do up some HFC stuff. So I might as well upload the photo here too. ![]() I think my hair always looks weird after a bath. :p And that's my piano behind me!!! WHEEE. I'm an official piano lover. My mum and I went to Granny's house... AGAIN. Well, it's some anniversary for the Toh family's gods or something of that sort. I'm feeling guilty because I'm a Buddhist and my answers to questions about the religion are so often "I don't know." It's a dreadful feeling to say "I don't know" sometimes, you know. Vincent, Carine, Benson, Hui Jin and I played soccer on the wet ground downstairs. The poor ball had perilous journeys to the long gang twice, cos Benson was too ambitious in his kicks. Don't kick so hard next time, Benson. It's gross to have to play with a long gang ball, you know! LOL. After soccer, 8 of us, including my mum plus Benson and Hui Jin's mum and maid, squeezed into a 5-seater?! It was damn squeezy but fun! We laughed a great deal and my mum had to stagger a few steps before she could walk properly when we got out of the car!!! So funny! Ah.. I'm having the urge to go play PUZZLE PIRATES now. So I'll stop here. So pai seh!! BYE! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 9:32 pm

I'm FINALLY back to blogging. I hate maids. Fortunately, we don't hire one. Or, we are too poor for one. Thursday night My aunt, uncle, jieling, jieqi and xuanxuan(!) flew to bangkok. We took care of their car and maid for them. That's just the beginning! Friday afternoon I begin to find that her laughter and smiles were kind of inappriopriate. Like, laughing when you walk pass her, laughing when you come out of the bathroom, laughing when you are using the computer, laughing when you eat, laughing SO LOUDLY when she watches tv (especially when it's not even funny. o.O). As a result, I found it rather tiresome to return her smiles just on the second day. As a result, I just ignore her. I'm pro at the art of ignoring okayy! Saturday We went to (maternal) Granny's house. It was super boring, as related in my previous post. Sigh. BUT I loved my Granny's BAK KUT TEH! Yum yum! :p That maid kept laughing while Granny and I were chatting. WTH. What's she laughing at when she doesn't even understand Hokkien? Can't she just concentrate on her work? Sunday!!!! Elmo gor gor drove a YELLOW VW NEW BEETLE!!! Seriously, I want my driving license now! I'm so going to make him teach me how to drive when I reach 18! Ah, 4 years is such an everlasting time to wait! Hm, let's make it 3 1/2. Sounds much lesser. (: We dropped that maid off at my (maternal) Granny's house before zooming off to (paternal) Grandma's house. Whee. We chatted a lot. ZE's Hokkien was so broken that my Grandma couldn't stop laughing. So, we ended up talking in Chinese. Grandma can speak Chinese okayyy! (: Then we brought Grandma to crash at my (gugu) aunt's house. Whee. ZE mistook my jiatong for a boy. o.O I can't think of a more insulting thing to say to a girl at puberty. ZE, you blew your chance, she's not going to look to you for a boyfriend anymore in future. Aw... TOO BAD! Anyway, she's only p5 and is taller than me liao! Ah. I'm so short. :( chantong and weitong are of course even taller!! BAHH. and when we touched on the topic of education, they kept saying that i used all my energy on my brain cells, that's why i'm not growing. NOT TRUE! Elmo gor gor is so bloody good in his studies and is in Uni and he's 188cm tall!!!! Even taller than them lorh! I think it's because both my parents are short. :/ We saw a huge ant hill in a field. Very de gross le. Yuck. The ants are so big, they make you freak out. And there are SO MANY of them! Sunday night I was smsing Joey (SORRY JOEY! :/) when that bloody maid confiscated my phone. WTFH!!!!!! That's my phone. What right has she got to confiscate it? Okay, it's true that my mum said that I'm supposed to sleep and 11p.m. that night, cos I have to wake up early on the next day. BUT! What right has she got to confiscate my phone? These few nights, cos she's sharing my room (what luck!), I had retreated to the living room to read my books and to sms, so that she can sleep properly. Isn't that enough? Like, hello?! This is MY house, that's MY room and that's MY phone. What right has she got to confiscate MY phone? I didn't ask her to return it until the next morning cos my mum was already asleep and i didn't want to wake her up and make her worry for me. :( And what did the maid do? She laughed so loudly when I said "Fine" that she woke my mum. BLOODY HELL. I so wanted to send her packing that very night, if she wasn't my aunt's maid. I really pity the kids now, esp xuanxuan. SIGH. Monday I finished reading HARD TIMES by Dickens! It's such a marvellous book. SPOILER: I especially like the part towards the end when Mr Josiah Bounderby wants to get rid of Mrs Sparsit. They are so sarcastically polite. XD I like sarcasm in books! (: Monday night We went to pick up my aunt at the airport! And the maid went home with them! Whee. Thank god I survived till then! And didn't die of heart attack, or whatsoever. Oh, TOUCHWOOD. (: My aunt bought me a bag! It's black-red- xinying ploughed through her empty list at 11:35 am

salut! it's ZE the shuai and attached guy here. >.- cxy is rotting with boredom at the moment in her dear granny's house without internet access, so i'm here to blog legally for her. her voice is so bloody weird. she's down with flu. ah. poor girl. who asked you to walk in the rain so many times on wednesday hur? naughty girl! i'm waiting for her to mms me her bloody letter to be posted here. it's in german, so she couldn't dictate and let me type, 'cos i bloody do not know german. she says that the letter to addressed to all of you guys. like a normal blog post. and she says it's only about her current situation. she says she'll update about thursday and friday when she's free. ok, she's very free now. so, when she's free, plus she has internet access. anyway, she says she's bloody irritated by the smoke. cigarette smoke. plus her flu. god. that's pretty disastrous, isn't it? she says she's going to die of suffocation if she can't leave her granny's soon. haha. good luck, cxy! oh yay. I received the letter (image)! ![]() ok, the words are a but small. so if you can't see but really want to know what she wrote, then go click here, go save the image, then enlarge. (: signing off, ze. p.s. don't you find me too shuai for words? xinying ploughed through her empty list at 8:49 pm

I saw these on Mel's LJ, so I'm trying them for fun.
Heyy! How did they get all these just from your name alone? And it's quite true, you know? You mean, everyone is just named the way they'll turn out to be like? o.O?!
LOL. I think so too. >< xinying ploughed through her empty list at 1:55 pm

Yesterday FIT IN DEUTSCH 2 is over! Yayye! Everything went well. I screwed Listening as usual. Letter-writing was horrendous because I realised that I didn't know most of the Artikeln (der, die oder das) for the nouns. SIGH. However, on a happier note, the Comprehensions were fine and I didn't freak out during oral! I think I'll pass, despite flunking two sections. YAYYE! (: CXY, YOU ROCK! *EGO* Anyway, a GOETHE-INSTITUT is such a pleasant place. The lifts are made of marble. The classrooms are air-conditioned. The walls are sound-proof. The teachers are always smiling. Whee. So nice! Also, we were not very much invigilated during the written test. See how much they trusted us! (: Frau Sommer (I think that's her name, and that means Summer! HAHA. I still remember Frau Tan said that we'll have a lot of sunshine during the test. LOL. German teachers are all so funny, I guess! [:). Well, Frau Sommer did not really even pay attention to us during the test. I was rather shocked that I could see Mel's answers pretty clearly from my seat. GOSH. So, I took off my glasses and tried to look downwards at my own paper until my neck hurt. Ha! CXY IS A GUAI AND HONEST GIRL. (: Tracy and I left early during the written test, 'cos we couldn't stand stoning in the classroom doing nothing. "Hand in the papers and you can go home." WHAT?! "Oh, I mean you can take a walk around the place, before coming back for oral." LOL. Scared me out of my wits. I thought she didn't think I am qualified to take the Oral. o.O We went to Plaza Sing for Pretzels! Whee. I love Aunt Anne's Pretzels! Yum yum. :p We went to this very artistic shop (I forgot the name again. I think I'm really weak at visual. I always forget what I see. :/). It's so cool. I love the design, the stickers, the tapes, the wrapping papers, etc. HAHA. I guess Mel would have loved that too. And I realised, I had forgotten to bring her there when we went there again after oral. Bloody. Oral was so hilarious. There were two teachers to examine us!!! Sounds like PSLE, except that there are two students now, instead of just one. I liked the examples the teachers gave. They were so funny, especially, the one about Laksa. (: And I just realised the 2 individual parts only add up to a total of 4 marks. How pathetic. The most important part was the Question-and-Answer plus interaction with your partner! Sheesh. I'm so slow and dumb, sometimes. After the oral, Mel, Kimberly and Shuyun insisted on going to Plaza Sing for Pretzels, so I've to walk there again... this time, with them. Heh! After walking three times to and from Plaza Sing in that rain, I think I'm falling ill. BAHHH. Anyway, we went to Times just to see one book. The GUINNESS WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS 2007. HAHA. This sounds lame but the book is pretty interesting! It costs $60 though. GERMANS. I think Germans are so pro. They had quite a lot of World Records! Yayye. I want to go to GERMANY now! I hope I'll be able to go for Exchange next year (You know how I always fail interviews. SIGH.). According to Mel, the results are out on 3rd Dec. Which means, I'll only get to know it on 4th Dec, 'cos I've got Chess Competition for the whole of 3rd Dec. AH. NOT FAIR. I want to know my results sooner! Ouch, my legs have been hurting for days (sounds like rheumatism, but it's not!). It was better yesterday, but after so much walking, the pain is back again, or it's even worse. AH. Awful legs! Guitar was not too bad. And I found out that the teacher actually remembered what I said like... one month ago?! haha. That's a nice teacher! (: xinying ploughed through her empty list at 11:31 am

AH. It's tomorrow! It's tomorrow! Oh, gosh. I can't believe it. Time is APPARATING too fast, and I found that FLYING is too slow a word for time now. I'm going to pass my FIT IN DEUTSCH 2, the written section, with flying colours tomorrow(excluding Listening, of course. Cos my Listening sucks for all languages, even though I'm a so-called audio person.). I'm not so sure about Oral, 'cos the weird situations in the Sample Paper is freaking me out. My vocabulary is sooo limited! BAHH! I can just hope I don't fumble through my self-introduction, 'cos that'll be a real failure in Oral then. :/ Anyway, I've been rushing through and setting questions for Primary 1 and 2 revision papers today. SIGH, I really should stop procrastinating, and do my job instead of leaving everything to the last minute. Like now, these revision papers. Like tomorrow, I haven't put in much effort on revising for FIT IN DEUTSCH 2. I'm such a lazy pig. :( Now, I'm waiting for my little to arrive and do them. Aw... My poor lil' cousins. SIGH. Disclaimer: The rest of this post is going to be pretty moody and rather offensive to the value of filial piety. If you are an old-fashioned bloke who can't stand people speaking against (or what you call backmouthing or backstabbing) their parents, please LAY OFF. If not, read at your own risk. I'll be quitting Guitar soon, either in December, or in March. SIGH. My dad is having financial difficulties. I don't wish to whine about that, 'cos it's a hard fact that we're not well-off anyway. In fact, we live on his meagre pay of about S$2000 a month. However, why does he always FIRST think of stripping away my right to pursue my musical interests when cashflow problems arise? Why can't he be more considerate? Does it mean that just because the parent doesn't like music, the child should not learn music? In fact, I've been paying out of my own pocket for the last year of my piano lessons before I quit. Why can't he be less self-centred? Why can't he strive to change himself FIRST? Why does he insist on playing on the stock exchange? Why can't he gamble less? Why can he afford to lose by the tens of thousands on the stock market but refuse to spend a hundred or two on my music lessons? Why can't he follow what he says? Why does he always promise that he's going to quit gambling but never fulfils it? Why does he always vent his anger on my mum and I when he loses money? Why does he ask me to stop him from gambling but gives me a dressing-down when I does so? Why can't he care more for my mum? Why does he scold me when my mum worries for me but doesn't realise that he's making my mum worried for him too? Why can't he realise that my poor mama can't take stress? Why can't he realise that he is the culprit whenever my mum gets stressedup? Why does he always insist that he is right? Why can't he realise that he is in the wrong? Why does he care so much for his face? Why doesn't he allow me to apply for FAS? Why does he insist that I should pay for my own expenses, my books, my stationary, my food when he only gives my $10 a week and no pocket money during the holidays? Why does he think that it's embarassing to let people know that we are poor? So what if our relatives are filthy rich? Can we change that fact that we are poor, with a gambling habit of his? Why can't he be less da nan ren zhu yi? Why can't he spare a thought for my education? Why doesn't he realise that he is losing all the money meant for my JC and university courses???! Oh gosh, what have I done to deserve such a father? OH WHY? SIGH. xinying ploughed through her empty list at 7:13 pm

I changed my blogskin! Haha. This skin is not very recent but I loved it! Pigs! (: Oh, come to think of it. My piggy bank is still empty. I need to organise my finances. :( OH CXY, QUIT SQUANDERING YOUR MONEY. Anyway, my previous background was BLACK. As a result, my posts were in bright colours and most are very difficult to read on this light BEIGE (Is it? You see, I'm not a visual person and I don't take much notice of colours, sorry.). Also, I'm too lazy to change the colours of my previous posts. So, if you can't read, then I can only apologise and tell you to highlight them. Then read. (:
Anyway, I completed it! Yayye! It was easy reading though. The description was evidently modern, vivid, yet succinct. I won't dwell on the slight sexual mentions of women and sex, whatsoever. Because almost every modern fiction includes that, doesn't it? It's just so common in modern literature, such as novels, poems, dramas, etc. The novel is divided into three parts in 29 chapters, not very long, for the words were rather big and the entire novel did not exceed 180 pages?! The first part basically introduces a world-class pianist whose from stagefright can only be suppressed by excessive alcohol. Pretty ironic, isn't it? Then he dies, and arrives at the Center to await judgement. I found this second part about his stay at the Center rather tiresome. But I thought Chapter 18 which has only one line "night of love with Peggy Lee" rather corny. He was then sentenced to go back to the urban zone, or Paris. The summary said that the pianist wanted to find the woman he loved, but in the end, it turned out that he hadn't put in much effort but found her by chance. The ending was so unexpected but sad. Serious, sad. Lala~ (A lot of things happened in between, but I won't describe. It'll be spoiling the whole pleasure and point of reading. So, go read yourself if you really want to know. It's a very short novel, anyway.).

Saturday I went to Bishan Library! YAYYE! I borrowed HARD TIMES by Dickens, and GOOD WIVES by Alcott. Haha. I think I'm a little ambitious, 'cos I've yet to finish PIANO by Jean Echenoz and LITTLE WOMEN by Alcott. BUT, I just couldn't resis t borrowing a few books once I entered the library! :p My mum and I did a lot of shopping at J8. In addition to the really LONG walk at Vivo the previous day, the long hours of shopping at J8 was seriously strenuous. And my legs are breaking! I bought a denim skirt, a pair of blue shorts, some unders. My mother was in high spirits and she bought a lot more for herself!!! I love shopping with my mum! (: xinying ploughed through her empty list at 10:52 am
Friday Hello! I went to VIVO. It's a good exercise for your legs if you feel that you've sitting down for too long and that your buttocks are growing big! Ok, I think I sound rather crude about the buttocks part, sorry. ![]() (http://www.schiffsphoto.de/JPG/Doulos1.jpg) DOULOS sucked. Ah, sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone. But it was so hot and it had all the Christian and Children's Books. Like LOL. There's nothing for teenage non-Christians? (http://www.gv.com.sg/Booking/movies/images/details_casinoroyale.jpg) I watched CASINO ROYALE at GVmax@VIVO!! The cinema is so big!!! I think it should be as big as three normal-sized cinemas! And it's really comfy! I agree with Joey, Daniel Craig's eyes are stunning blue, especially in a few occasions when there were close-ups on his eyes! And, LOL, I somehow thought they were artificially brightened to that extent, using, you know, photoshop and whatsoever, but I may be wrong. :) I loved the computer effects! They look so real! I want to learn how to do them. I want to be as pro as the computer experts! Ah! I watched the movie with Kelly, Jerry, Ken and Martin, all in their twenties. Haha. I felt a little out of place. Like, can't I have more teenage cousins? Anyway, I quite enjoy their company, EXCEPT that 24-year-old Ken couldn't stop rattling about his Barbie... okay, I mean his 24-year-old girlfriend, Joan. And guess what? He just happened to be sitting on my left. Gosh, my poor left year... SIGH. Girls can live without guys, but guys can't seem to live without girls. Aww... too bad for guys then! :D Jerry sat on my right, and he was so funny during the movie, though I admit that he was a bit sick. No, he didn't do anything to me. Like o.O?! Anyway, he was like grabbing his sister Kelly and imitating all the intimate scenes. Kind of gross, but not for real. Like DUH! I don't want an R21 movie to show up LIVE! right beside me! And... they are siblings. Martin kept exclaiming that the movie was too violent. LOL. He's a guy who doesn't like Action movies, Weird. Wait, is he even a guy or not? Or GAY? Heh! >< xinying ploughed through her empty list at 10:37 am

Oooh! I forgot to put up the pictures! I'm so forgetful! Thanks for your reminder, Hui-enn! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() P.S. There are very few pictures that I can put up 'cos most of them consist of ZE, El and Hui-enn. I didn't put up ZE, El, and Hui-enn's pictures 'cos their parents don't allow! Notice they have no blogs, no friendster (ZE created one secretly!), a lot of restrictions! I don't want to get a scolding from their parents!! HAHA. TOO BAD! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 12:56 pm
Tuesday, den 14. November 2006 After checking out of the hotel, we had lunch at Pizza Hut. The Hawaiian Pizza in Malaysia has no ham! Instead, it has chunks of chicken! I had so much garlic bread that I can swear that I smelt of garlic for the whole journey back to Singapore. We arrived at the Bus Terminal only to find out that our Double Deck Bus 8133 was down for repairs. SIGH! How I wished that they had let us take Double Deck Bus 8233, the bus that we arrived on, home. There was a delay of about an hour before we boarded 6922. I almost died of suffocation. Now, I really appreciate the Singapore government for putting up smoking bans almost everywhere. The air at the Bus Terminal was so bad. I think my lungs have turned black! Bus 6922 is a luxurious Executive class! I watched Gong ji Xia Dan, Pokemon, Doraemon, and Donald Duck from my little tv all the way home. HAHA. I think I'm really childish! AND I was so engrossed in tv that I forgot about learning another page of German Vocabulary! BOO HOO! Elmo gor gor and ZE were so busy playing their electronic games that they so often forgot to get off the bus for breaks, shopping and dinner. Hui-enn was listening to the music recorded in the mini tv at each seat. My dad watched horror movies all the way. My mum slept through the whole journey! It's a wonder how much she can sleep~! After having BeeHoon at Golden Mile, we reached home at 11.43p.m., completely exhausted. My mum had to wash all those stinky clothes when I'm going to sleep! Oh, poor MAMA! P.S. I am addicted to the Schnappi song now! They broadcasted it so many times on the Malaysian channels!! "Schnee Schnaa Schnappi! Schnappi Schnappi Schnappi! Schnee Schnaa Schnappi! Schnappi Schnappi Schnapp! Ich bin Schnappi, ein schoenes Krokodil..." So cute! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 12:36 pm
Monday, den 13. November 2006 I slept at 2.00a.m. this morning when I was not even tired! It is so weird! I woke up at 6.30a.m. only to be told by my mum that my dad had gone to the Casino two hours earlier!! OMG. The hotel's breakfast sucked as usual. I only liked the toast AND I had toasted them myself!! We went to the theme parks and went for Thrill Rides such as the Super Torrogan, Euro Express (mini roller coaster) and the new 4-D Motion Master. My parents would not let me on the Roller Coaster, Flying Coaster, Cyclone and anything they deemed too dangerous! Sigh! We didn't stay too long in the theme parks anyway. I loved the wind on the Spinner but my mum and dad freaked out1 They admitted that they are old and easily frightened! For the Flume water ride, my mum could not say anything but "I am (she is) afraid" when the boat was getting ready to zoom down the very steep slope! Haha! This is so funny! I loved the Fun Kart too! It was my first time driving a car! It is so cool! I want my driving license now! Gosh, I want a Volkswagen! A red Concept R! Every meal was overloading. I think I will die of indigestion! We are real pigs! We always order too much! After dinner, we went arcading again! We managed to break Bonus level in Cooking Master II and renewed my memory on how to play Mahjong! (Okay, there are restraictions to the things we can play under my parents' surveillance.) The game was designed for virtual play with Jacky Wu and two female artistes whose names I had forgotten. It is so hilarious! Haha! Anyway want to play mahjong with me? LOL! Also, I doubled my score in Train-by-Train (Pai 7) just in one play and reaching Level 10! NOW, I am in the hotel room with ZE, because everyone else went to the Casino. Blehh. ZE won't go back to his own room but lingered in my room... just to bother me?! Sheesh. He is so annoying. He keeps peering over my shoulder to find out what I am writing. Nosey parker! And he got really jealous just now when I said I'm writing a love letter to my boyfriend. LOL. I'm obviously writing this "journal"! I am waiting for them to come back from the Casino ---- 10.10p.m. I want my supper now!! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 12:19 pm
Updates on Genting NOTE: I'm typing this straight off what I have scribbled on my notes before I went to bed every night on the 12th to 14th November 2006. Sunday, den 12. November 2006 The 7 hours on board was quite a torture. My butt hurt after the journey. Seriously, I don't understand why my dad can endure 7 hours of bus on uneven road but not 7 hours of smooth flight! We watched Dragon Squad on board. I loved the multi-language nature of the movie and the way the Police Elite team bonded even though they were all of different cultures and nationalities. I want to be a linguist too ---- I learnt part of my German vocabulary list on the bus! I think I feel ready for Fit In Deutsch 2! *EGO* No cable car. We went straight up the hill to the new First-World Bus Terminal. The journey uphill was spannender (exciting ---- I learnt this word on the bus! I'm so proud of myself!)! It was just like a roller coaster ride ---- fast but dangerous! Oh goodness Gracious! Guess what? I know this place inside out. I seriously cannot stand this thought. I am more familiar with Genting than Orchard! And I am not exaggerating! I made a breakthrough. I had lots of first times today! Hmm... No. Not what you thought, don't think dirty, please. I went arcading for the first time. (Afterthought: OK, I'm very backdated sometimes, sorry. My parents didn't allow me to arcade last time!) I sucked at Action Games such as racing, shooting, dancing and blocks, and also Chinese Chess! However, I achieved quite a lot too! I renewed all Three Top Scores for the Train-by-Train (Pai 7) (LOL. I spend some time playing computer card and puzzle games with my mum 'cos she didn't know anything else. :p) I am so pro at Card games! Also, I played Cooking Master II with my dad. The numerous Chinese ingredients made me quite flustered but I got the hang of it after a while. It is so fun, no wonder it is one of the top games played over there! I went to the Cyber cafe too!!! I ate a lot! I think I look like a pig. Sigh! My dad did not seem to view money as money overseas. He spends extravagantly, splurges his money! That is a total changeover! My mum is a little addicted to the one-card game at the Casino. -___- I hope she comes back soon! It's 12.20a.m., den 13. November 2006 ---------- but I'm not even sleepy yet! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 11:59 am

Half the month has passed. Am I wasting my time? xinying ploughed through her empty list at 5:36 pm
This is my 306th post! I have realised that the increase of this number have slowed down tremendously since the start of the End-Of-Year holidays! Sigh! I am seriously getting lazy! Okay, I have been speaking too much Singlish nowadays. Shall I just try one post of good English (my standard, not Junior College standard, thank you very much, I can never achieve that!)? Oh, yes. I should. ![]() I have completed Nausea by JEAN-PAUL SARTRE! Finally! Okay, I know I am slow. But, I have finished it! Yayye! This book, the description is so vivid! You can understand exactly how Antoine Roquentin, the persona, feels in his youthful angst. It's dizzying! Read at your own risk! Sartre is such a fabulous philosophical novelist! (: I was uploading the photos just now. My mum saw them and she was exclaiming about how fat she looks. LOL. As if I am not fat??! I shall post the pictures together with my updates about Genting tomorrow, alright? I have been online for too long, and my mum is screaming at me. So, bye! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 5:26 pm

1. Put your music player on shuffle. 2. Press forward for each question. 3. Use the song title as the answer to the question even if it doesnt make sense. 4. Bold the questions and with the answers, give your own comments on how it relates to the questions. How are you feeling today? "I Turn to You" - Christina Aguilera (LOL! That's from the album In Love With You, right? Gosh, I DON'T WANT TO TURN TO YOU!! BLEHH.) How do your friends see you? "Ting1 Ni3 Tan2 Gang1 Qin2" - OuDeYang (YAYYE! I love the Piano, really! How true!! [:) Will you get married? "Crying in the Rain" - 5566 (Wow. That's so sad. You mean, I'll have a painful marriage?? Then I'd rather not get married! :p) What's your best friend's theme song? "Over the Rainbow" - Angela Zhang (I'm not very sure about this lehx. Go ask her!) What was your primary school like? "Wo3 Hai2 Ji4 De2" - Liang Jing Ru (HAHA. Yes, wo3 hai2 ji4 de2! I still remember my primary school life. It totally rocked! So much freedom! I didn't hate being a class rep too much! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, 6B'04, if you're reading this, this song contains everything that I want to tell you! Hope to see you guys in 10 years' time! :p) How can you get ahead in life? "Causing a Commotion" - MADONNA (LOL! I'll wreck havoc in people's life? Quite true larh!) What is the best thing about your friends? "Good Night" - Liang Jing Ru (YES. I love spending my nights looking at the stars and chatting with my friends. Oh gosh, I must have caused panda eyes in many of them. Pai seh! AND thanks for being such wonderful friends, pals!) What song best describes you? "Bells of Freedom" - Bon Jovi (HAHA. Yuppie, I'm very rebellious, and I love freedom! This is getting rather fuN! ) What song will they play at your funeral? "Because You Loved Me" - Celine Dion (Um. I don't get this. But it sounds pretty sad though, maybe my relatives will cry their hearts out if they really loved me. LOL.) How does the world see you? "Dirty Little Secret" - Bon Jovi (URH? The world sees me as a dirty little secret? o.O!?) Will you have a happy life? "How Do I Live" - Trisha Yearwood (UM... I want to add one more word, How else do i live... if I don't have a happy life? I don't know what I'm talking about. Tell me your interpretation.) What do your friends really think of you? "Hai4 Pa4" - Lin JJ (WOAH, My friends think I'm afraid?! Oh, really?) Do people secretly lust after you? "Yu3 Hou4" - Angela Zhang (People lust after me after the rain?! So weird!) How can I make myself happy? "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love" - Glenn Medeiros "Forever Love" - Gary Barlow (Okay, I didn't believe the first try, so I tried a second time. It's still the same thing! BUT!!! Love makes me happy?? Alright, maybe... Love for myself... and my family. What were you thinking of? :p) What should you do with your life? "Ni4 Ling2" - Jay Chou (Hur?? I don't understand. That Chinese word is so bloody cheem. Does it mean I should go against the crowd? I thought I'm already against the crowd liaox? LOL.) Will you ever have children? "Yi2 Shi1 De4 Mei2 Hao3" - Angela Zhang (HUH. Direct translation: Lost Goodness. I won't have children?) OKAY, this is hilarious. I want to try again later!!! AND, yeah, I can't think of any other colour combination. :D xinying ploughed through her empty list at 3:59 pm
Hello guys! The almighty CxY is back! (: I shall update about Genting some time later. I'm feeling very lethargic now. And guess what? I've got Guitar later, and I haven't practised yet! I've got Fit In Deutsch 2 next week and I haven't even completed 2 pages of the 8-page Vocab list that Frau Tan gave us! Bahh! Mel, I shouldn't have read your LJ! AH. Now I'm feeling real hopeless at German! :( BUT AT LEAST, I can write a letter in German without referring to the dictionary... by making it real simple? Like DUHH! xinying ploughed through her empty list at 3:27 pm

Friday ![]() HAHA. My third movie of the week! I think I'm crazy. And I'm ultra broke now, plus my mum just confiscated all my money lest I splurge on another movie again. SIGH! So, now I'm really penniless, SERIOUS! Anyway, the Covenant was fabulous! IssabellA couldn't stop jumping during the scary scenes. So funny, esp when she screamed when the dead person first appeared in the car! Wahaha! Steven Strait is so hot! (: AH. And Joel was like jealous when I said Stevie was cute! Oh, too bad! He's just more handsome than you are! XD I so love hanging out with elMO, Joel, and IssabellA. We rock! Yayye! We'll be off together to Genting tmr! Yippee! OUCH. I just scratched myself. Lalala. My fingernails are LONG. And I have a freaking urge to cut them. Probably a habit from piano playing! Ah. I so love playing the piano! (: xinying ploughed through her empty list at 12:06 pm

Today I went to J8 three times today! LOL! After breakfast at J8, we went to Marymount only to find that the staff and pupils are on holiday in-lieu of Deepavali! Like oh-my-gosh! But never mind, we were with our dearie long-time-no-see friends! So, we went back to J8 to window-shop, and catch up with one another. It's so fun to be with friends, no matter you are in school, at home, or at a shopping centre! In the afternoon, they all went back. Gwee and I were walking around, waiting for 1.50pm. HAHA. We saw Tracy, Krix, and their two boys! (: Oh, and Krix! If you're reading this. Don't dream of such weird dreams again, okay?! It's so gross!!! AH. If you guys don't know what dream I'm talking about, good. 'Cos there's really no need to know! ![]() The Sinking of Japan Warnings: 1. Don't bring little kids in. They'll be bored to tears, because they won't understand! (: 2. Bring cartons of tissue papers! This show is bloody touching! I didn't cry, but I'm sure emo people will cry buckets of tears, HAHA. You should know if I'm referring to you! :p I wonder why they didn't advertise this show properly! It's quite nice, really! I went home for dinner before going back again for Guitar lesson! I suck at the Guitar! AH. My finger positions are always wrong! Anyway, I found out that Gwee started learning the Guitar very very recently too! I'm learning on Wednesdays, Gwee on Thursdays and Eli on Fridays! HAHA. Let's have two more people learning on Mondays and Tuesdays! So fun! XD xinying ploughed through her empty list at 10:22 pm
Tuesday I finally managed to persuade my mum and dad to let me watch Death Note. They actually didn't know that the movie is in Japanesae and couldn't stop whining when the movie started!!!! Gosh, they were just like kids! And my dad's phone couldn't stop ringing! It's so irritating but my dad refuses to switch it off! How inconsiderate can he get?! ![]() xinying ploughed through her empty list at 9:58 pm
Monday ![]() It wasn't a very good idea to sew beside little kids. My cousins almost tore my pouch!! But I finished it anyway! Yay! Notice that the butt is slightly smaller than usual, 'cos I sewed a few stitches in the wrong positions!!! So, now, I have a small-butt pooh - according to Joey. LOL! :p AND. I was allowed to go to the library! I borrowed this book Nausea by Jean-Paul Sartre. Guess what the story is set in? NO, not Germany! It's set in Paris, France! HAHA. Didn't expect that, didn't you? I didn't know that when I borrowed it. It was until I started on the first few pages that I realised that this book was translated. The original language was... French! So fun! I love foreign languages! Whee~ 148 pages to go! Anyway, I do recommend this book! The language is just so enchanting! AH! Oh, and I just realised that To Kill a Mockingbird had been on my booklist since forever. No wonder I found the title so familiar when CC said it! Gosh, I'm so blur. I want to read it now! It's not available at the library! And I can't buy at book stores 'cos my mum had placed orders with the school bookshop!! :( I'll be taking Full Lit next year. I really really really seem to blog less during the holidays! So weird! Anyway, on Friday, my cousins, two aunts, my mum and I went out. We went to so many places that I can hardly remember where we were. Well, that's my aunts with their cars, from, east, to west, from west to east, they never fail to change their venues dozens of times a day! We went to hougang to pick up 2nd aunt, to a kopitiam in sengkang for lunch, back to 2nd aunt's house in hougang, then to White Sand Shopping Mall, to Tampines Shopping Mall, then I don't remember!!! AH. I'm sneaking online using my aunt's laptop now, cos my little cousins are taking so long to do a sum! Oh, slow pokes, hurry up! You won't have that much time to ponder and ponder and ponder over every single questions in secondary school! Sigh. Primary school kids... And I joined Friendster. Lalala~ Okay, holidays are indeed VERY BORING, when you stay at home. :( I've been stitching for... 2 days?! My mum is really trying to torture me! I've got to finish this cross-stitch handphone pouch before I can borrow ONE book from the library! LOL! I think I have such a lame mother! By the way, I think the Pooh bear is rather cute! I'm quite good at stitching now but I'm so sick of it! I want to finish it today! Alright, I shall stitch while waiting for them. I'll upload the photo when I'm done! My eyes hurt. ARGH. xinying ploughed through her empty list at 11:58 am

I just found out that my Mum used to learn Malay and Japanese! But she forgot most of her Japanese! Sigh. Everyone seems to forget their Japanese once they quit Jap class. So sad! Poor Japanese... HAHA. That reminds me of Yia Kuan. I hope she isn't reading this, or I'll be dead meat when I return to school! XD Anyway, back to the point. So, my Mum knew four languages (as in can communicate in those languages. Not just one or two words, 'cos if that is so, I think I know a dozen languages!!!!) !! Wowness! I want to be multilingual too!!! (: But currently, I only know English and Chinese, and I can barely speak German. BAHH. Okay, I should brush up my German. I'm up with renewed determination!! My Grammar should be okay. I need to polish up my vocabulary! Alright, let's try this. Hallo! Jetzt will ich in Deutsch schreiben. Was für ein Grammatik Formular soll ich benutzen? Hmm... I hasse Präteritum. So, ich muss das Perfekt form benutzen. Ja! Das ist perfekt! (PUN. Wahaha!) Partizip II! Gestern hat Berlyn mich um 7 Uhr geweckt! Ich bin sich sehr geärgert! ARGH. O nein! Ich muss nicht hoffen. Ich muss das machen! Ich muss!! (: HAHA. Sorry if you don't understand but what I wrote was a total piece of crap. If you really want to know, go translate yourself! BUT. Get a good one, or you won't understand anything! Hmm. Like this one. German learners, I think you can spot a whole lot of errors. I think I suck at long sentence struture, so my "essay" is pretty boring. LOL. xinying ploughed through her empty list at 11:37 am

Hello. Quawks. I'm here to update about Goodbye to Berlin. I think I said that I'll do that last week? Sigh, sorry. I didn't keep my word again. SIGH! Oh, stupid promises... Anyway, YES. Goodbye to Berlin by Christopher Isherwood. It's a diary about his last days... or maybe year, in Berlin, before he left it for good. It's set in the time when the Communist, the Nazis struggled for power in Germany, and the Nazis were gaining power, fast! Heh! Don't worry, it's modern fiction. (: I loved it when Isherwood's landlady, Fraulein (Miss) Schroeder calls him Herr (Mr) Issyvoo!! So cute! Although Fr Schroeder is old and Hr Isherwood is young, they sound so close. Unlike normal cruel and pompous landladies. I loved Fraulein Schroeder! (: I liked it when Isherwood met different people and describes his different experiences with them. Imagine how fun it'll be like if you were to be out in Berlin all by yourself and meet all kinds of exciting people!!! :P For example, I liked the Landauers. They sound so fun, so deep, pretty mysterious, probably because the Jews were persecuted by the Nazis at that time, and are more reserved when they make friends! I didn't like the character of Sally Bowles, and her pornographic talks. Isherwood helped her so much, helped her write, helped her con people, helped her get an abortion when her bf dumped her, and... she didn't really take him seriously. SIGH! I quite liked the relationship between Peter and Otto. It's pretty unusual. Peter is introverted, possessive and jealous. Otto is extroverted and free. I wonder how two people, such far cry from each other, can come together and become stuck-together friends. HAHA. My vocabulary is very limited, sorry! Then, Otto runs away with Peter's money and clothes, and Peter don't seem really upset at all!!! SO WEIRD! SIGH. I haven't been reading for like... one week?! AH. I WANT BOOKS. >( xinying ploughed through her empty list at 9:49 am
PROMISES ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN. I hate promises. I hate promises. I hate promises. I know I've deleted my LIKES and DISLIKES, but I used to put Promises under DISLIKES. Gosh, I really hate promises. So, mind you, don't promise me anything. Words are the most insincere form of care and concern. Actions are always louder than words. And don't make me promise you anything, because I often forget them, and I am not to be blamed. So, stop blaming me for breaking my promises, 'cos promises are meant to be broken!!! Thank you. xinying ploughed through her empty list at 9:31 am
