Hello, everyone! It's time to update again! I've finished reading GOOD WIVES by Alcott and ONE DAY IN THE LIFE OF IVAN DENISOVICH by (I forgot the author's name xD). Both are nice, but I think I liked the IVAN DENISOVICH one better, 'cos it's closer to modern reality. Cruel reality, even. A Russian prison life. I think I sound rather sadistic, but I liked it! And you can't change me! (: 'Cause we lost it all, And nothing lasts forever, I'm sorry, I can't be perfect Now it's just too late And we can't go back, I'm sorry, I can't be perfect. LOL. Sorry, I'm listening to PERFECT by Simple Plan now. Anyway, just collected my books at the school bookshop. A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM looks... weird. Green. Dark green. I still prefer red. Haha! MoV! I think the Social Studies look so uninviting. It's the same old Singapore History, again! Sigh! And, haha! 5 people accompanied me to collect my books! 3 boys, 3 girls (including me). Ha! I feel so honoured! :p We got caught in the rain, and only Hui-enn brought a brolly! LOL. So we left the boys to play in the rain. By the time we reached SC, they were all drenched from head to toe. And, Jie Ming like fluttering about when he saw the girls, whether in dance or in basketball, and fretting about how they'll think of him in such a state. Gosh! It was so funny. He's 14, I think he just reached puberty. :D We went to Taka for lunch, 'cos ZE insisted on having Auntie Anne's pretzels. To think he actually had 3 pretzels for lunch. Like o.O?! We had lunch at Long John Silver's at Cine. Then the boys went to watch Eragon, and we went window-shopping! Yayye! (: I hurt my right big toe again! This time it's even worse! It's bled like crazy when I was on board the MRT. Oh gosh... I wanted to post a picture of it, 'cos I don't know how to describe how it looks now. But I found it too gross to be posted up here. Bl Wonder what's wrong with my toe, it hasn't healed completely since I hurt it at the end of October. :/ Ooh, it's playing HAVE A NICE DAY by Bon Jovi now. I AM GOING TO UPDATE. (just to take my mind of games, 'cos addiction is bad for health.) Speaking of health, I had the routine medical checkup on the backbone yesterday. The height-and-weight part was so devastating!!! I'm 52.25kg now. How great... Sigh, I haven't been exercising this holiday, and I'm growing sideways!!! :( For the height, that bloody nurse just banged the metal or plastic board on my head so hard, and said I'm 155.9cm. Oh, great, thanks! You just made me shorter, and that hurts! My head still hurts now! Just imagine metal or plastic on your head! I should be thanking God that my skull hadn't split! The checkup made no difference, and I agreed with my mum that it was a total waste of time. Measure your backbone, go for X-ray, see the doctor again, arrange for the next appointment and off you go... -.- Then we went to People's Park and OG. And I finally knew the way between Outram and Chinatown! I went there so many times, and every time I was this blur pok who followed mum and dad blindly, 'cos I couldn't figure out the layout of the place. LOL! I think I'm so lousy, sometimes, even if I said I'm super streetsmart. Heh! I'll just be brief about Sunday, 'cos it's so far away now, and my memory of it has blurred a little. Argh, I'm so forgetful. Well, it was my Granny's birthday. Not very interesting, but for the half a dozen boisterous little cousins. The little girls liked to quarrel with the little boys, and I raise my hand to the idea that they're sexists! Hanging out with my cousins at Granny's can never exclude a game of soccer! LOL. And Yoson, that mischievous lad, threw football down from seven storey!! Gosh! Fortunately, no one was so unluckily to get hit on the head! Anyway, towards the end, I found talent in Xuanxuan and Yoson as protesters, and taught them to repeat "Ah Bian Xia Tai". HAHA! The adults couldn't stop smiling 'cos they were SO CUTE!! , even though they said that it's no good to teach the tods these ugly political stuff. xinying ploughed through her empty list at 12:28 pm

Hello hello hello! Gosh, I need to blog. I need to learn to feel like blogging again. I need to take my mind of PUZZLE PIRATES! Well, yeah, Mel sent me a copy of the email she wants to send to Goethe-Institut, and I simply just stuck in my name, and whooshed it off to Goethe-Institut. I think I'm really lazy, sometimes. Our results are with Herr Stratomeier, his name reminds me of stratosphere. LOL, Geog again! Anyway, he was supposed to inform us, so, why hasn't he??? And they say our certificates are ready for collection!!! Does that mean that every one of us passed? Since I take it as she meant that everyone has got one? They won't give you a certificate for failing, will they? I shall take it as everyone passed, with flying colours! Went bowling on Wednesday, made a disaster of my right thumb, couldn't play the guitar during the lesson on Thursday... Too many things happened, and I'm too lazy to blog about them. Ignorance is bliss. For those who know, there's no need for me to retell everything, is there? =) QUIZZES!

TODAY I watched HAPPY FEET today with Xuanxuan! I think I really enjoy bringing her out. :D And I realised I'm addicted to spastic big grins. Like this :D! And they remind me of someone. :D Baby Mumble is so cute! :D Apart from the witty movements, funny gestures and hilarious jokes of the penguins, I found the part when Mumble was chased out of the tribe by that stupid superstitious elder particularly sad. Even Mumble's father won't help him! How sad Mumble and his mother must have been! :'( Toddlers are so amusing! Xuanxuan was screaming "Bad pinguin!" when that stupid elder chased Mumble out, and every time he appeared on the screen again! So funny, that the whole cinema roared with laughter, instead of crying at the heartwrenching scene. Look how influential babies are! heh! :D HAPPY FEET is not purely cartoon, famous stars, penguins and animation! It reminded me of how luxurious food such as fish for our own pleasure affects other organisms. Overfishing endangers penguins. It endangers every other organism which depend on fish as its staple. Food chain and food webs! I haven't forgotten my Science and Geog concepts! Ar. This is so sad! :( ** I was playing the piano just now. My long nails are so annoying. They produce a distracting tap every time I touch a key. Sounds like Mumble dancing his Tap. HAHA. :D How i wish I can just cut my nails. Stupid guitar. Nvm, I'll have an excuse to cut my nails and ignore the teacher's reprimands when school reopens, 'cos it's against the school rule to keep long fingernails! SUNDAY I went to Cairnhill CC for the JUNIOR OPEN Chess Comp. Sigh. I haven't touched Chess for three whole months, I guess. I'm all rusty and I played so bloody badly. 1.5/7. How lousy can I get. So I wasn't wrong in my post about Friday. I'M SUCH A LOUSY POK. I got to know this P3 girl called Yi Xiu and her sister Yi Zhen. LOL. Yi Xiu is such a mischievous lil' imp, certainly a match to my cousin Ren Hao! My God, it's so terrifying when she asks for your handphone. :o On a happier note, I figured out how to use both SINGTEL and STARHUB WEB SMS. (: And they're totally free! I know I'm such a typical Singaporean, but I can't help it, right? Heh! CXY IS A PRO AT HEARTS. I won enough to slurge all December, especially for X'mas! Yayye! Hip hip hooray! SATURDAY  I completed LITTLE WOMEN by Alcott. (((:I kind of like the oldish yellow colour of the pages. It was my eldest cousin's, passed down through many hands. :] The story is so nice! I wonder why I resented reading it so much when I was younger. Sigh. How foolish I must have sounded when I threw a tantrum and complained that it was cheem and boring. I like Jo! She's so funny, kind of remind me of myself, except that I can't write for nuts. And I wonder if there's anyone as good-natured and almost perfect as Beth. She seems too good to be true. I'm going to start on GOOD WIVES soon! Oh, and I borrowed ONE DAY IN THE LIFE OF IVAN DENISOVICH by Aleksandr Solzhenutsyn and THE SECRET AGENT by Joseph Conrad. FRIDAY Hui Jin's birthday! She had a Vanilla Cream Cake with Barbie's picture on it. I don't understand why most girls like to play with Barbie doll. Barbie is such an unnatural alien. I never had played with Baribie dolls. Anyway, I ate so much of the cake, and it's so fattening! Vincent found the cake pretty gross, 'cos he had block nose and he couldn't taste the cake. So, all he knew was that he was stuffing ultra cold spongy stuff down his throat. Quite gross leh! Played football again with my cousins. And my lousy slippers gave way and snapped! LOL. I tried to learn how to cycle but fell so many times on the rough ground that I'll have to wear jeans and long pants to cover up my ugly bruises till they heal! AHHH. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO CYCLE. CXY, YOU LOUSY POK. Went for Sushi after that. The adults are like pigs! They ordered so much!! And ate so much, of course. Guess how much the bill was?? S$180++!!! Crazy, isn't it? Sigh.
